On tap at What's on Tap in Keller, Texas. Not a fan of English double IPA but, coincidentally, this is in my top five favorites by a mile.

No freshness date, hmmm
Pours an effervescent crimson with a thumb of tan head. Stays effervescent, impressive lacing & great head retention
S: Bready, a little toffee
T: Toasty, woody hops, dryness, herbal hops, some toffee as well up front. Cakeyness, herbal bitterness & woodyness & a little caramel & some pineyness as this warms, some grapefruit & a little dryness . Finishes dry with woody hops, grapefruit peel & pine
MF: Thick, slight carbonation, pretty nice balance
Drinks easy, not sure how good an example of this is given the lack of freshness dating

Very meh. Out of sample cup after Kentucky Habit so I'll spare the review. Too malty.
