12 oz. Can poured into Imperial Pint Glass
Look: Similar color to cola, 2-finger tan head that dissipated quickly, heavy carbonation. No lacing
Smell: Strong malty aroma
Taste: Malt forward with hints of caramel, bready and medium bitter, easy finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with hint of carbonation, typical of style.
Overall: This hits all the right notes gor a bock. Drinkable. Would have liked more head and lacing.
Pair with Tex-Mex, Pork chop or Duck, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
