Blonde ale brewed with hatch green chiles. Really different and distinctly southwestern….smell is white pepper and distilled water. Taste captures the distinct essence of a green chile; vegetal smokiness and mild heat. Different and appreciated by this Texas hedonist. As of October, 2024, this is the beer’s only rating. Putting in that work!
