Bottle poured into a pint glass.
This beer pours a slightly cloudy pale straw yellow. The head was short lived and disappeared rather quickly. The aroma of the brew is spicy cloves and bananas as one would expect for the style. It smells as it should, but does not have any significant defining characteristic that sets it apart from other Weizens. The flavor is crisp banana with hints of a sugary sweetness laced throughout the drink. Other flavors that show up in the profile are spicy clove and just a touch of raisins. The MF is rather light bodied and very quenching for a warm summers day when I enjoy Hefe's the most.
Overall a solid brew. It is definitely done to style.
