I was a bit confused with this beer, but it was quite an experience drinking and feeling it. In the beginning it didn't have any smell, almost no head and slight carbonation, with it's unfiltered look I though the beer had already gone bad. But it didn't. Then came the taste. Had some sort of intense hoppiness to it, but even though it is labeled a Hop Lager, it was different from the ones I had before.
Then as it started to warm, the taste became sweeter to an extent that it did actually match it's name: Bitter Honey. Yes, sonehow the hops and the malts played together in creating such a sweet, but not too sweet, hop-honey-like taste. Finally even it's smell came out and it was quite fragrant, quite nice.
Quite an experience it was, I must say. There was nothing wrong with this beer, it is quite unique but overall felt a little bit like a good and clean homebrew to me.

They call it a lager? More like a pale ale, and a very good one at that! I'd also consider this a light IPA in character. Up front it starts with bitter, then lightens out with citrus but it still holds its depth and complexity. The lingering flavor is not skunky like many lighter beers. I am very impressed with this one!

Got it in Hungary.
A - Darker yellow to reddish color, two finger white foam, lasting till the end. Medium carbonation.
S - Not to strong aroma, pleasant fruit, weak IPA haze smell.
T/M - Very drinkable, highly pleasant bitter from the hops. A bit sweeter aftertaste, almost sticky in the mouth. Excellent balance in the taste.
O - Big plus for Hungarian Micro-Brew scene.

Straw colored, very thin bubbles, slightly veiled. It has a beautiful white and creamy foam.
Malty smell, cereal touch. Orange peel, flowers. Very fresh.
Fresh in the mouth too, quite citric, very low carbonation, smooth.
Interesting.
Drinkable and refreshning.
