Non-alcoholic wheat beers should be recognizable not only by their appearance but also by their aroma and taste. Together with the Weihenstephan Research Centre, we developed our non-alcoholic wheat beer using a novel yeast and a special brewing process. We are delighted to have succeeded in capturing the typical fruity notes of wheat beer in both aroma and flavor. Now nothing stands in the way of enjoying our non-alcoholic wheat beer.
