L-Garnett colored..
A-Rich and malty with bready notes...big dark fruit notes of plums, raisins and dates...
T-Dark Fruits again plums and raisins.......bread crusts...nice and malty...
F-Full bodied...lightly carbonated...finishes with a smack of bittering hops..
O-Excellent BW..Can't believe more haven't reviewed this...I see it as an English/American BW hybrid leaning toward the English side...

Murky looking pour. Hints of amber, brown and golden in the pour. There's a bit of head that's slightly off white. Fluffy, cloud like looking with small bubbles. There's great lacing that clings to the glass like superglue.
The aroma is malty. Lots of caramel and toffee.
Flavor is caramel and toffee. There's an earthiness to this beer. The backside is full of bitterness, which is surprising considering the age.
The body is very full. While there's no burn, you know it's a sipper. The hop feeling lingers.
Amazing beer.
