A malt-forward copper colored lager showcasing bready, toasty, and biscuity malt character with a crisp finish. Fermented with a German lager yeast providing a clean yeast profile, with a slight mineral quality to showcase the malt flavors. Just enough bitterness to balance out the malt sweetness yielding a deliciously drinkable copper-hued beer.

Just a flat-out outstanding Vienna lager that is very true to its German style.

Cherrywood colored..nice clarity....nice inviting toasted bread malt aroma.

The beer showcases the Vienna malt perfectly. Flavor is clean toasted breads.

Sweetish toasted bready malt but clean, and finishes with a touch of dryness. Never seems cloying (unlike the sweet worty mess of a Vienna Big Axe brewed recently)

This is an excellent beer. The top Minnesota made beer I've had this year. Just outstanding. It's not easy to nail this style of beer and this one does just that.
