They use flaked oats and described as "juicy" but it has the look of a regular IPA rather than NE style.
Very impressive aroma with strong juicy citrus notes of oranges, grapefruit and tangerines---also some tropical fruit notes as well as some stone fruits (pears)
On the taste the grapefruit and pears notes are evident along with a touch of dark berries. A ganja/tobacco/pine like flavor also emerges nicely.
Medium bodied...dry on the finish....decent bitterness on the finish as well.
This is quite good. Love the aroma. Has more old school IPA qualities than NE, etc IPA qualities.
