12 oz can into a becher glass.
L: Pours clear light gold with a thin fizzy white head that fades fast down to lightly carbonated edge foam, light carbo overall, no lacing.
S: Dill pickling spices, vinegar, funky background malts.
T: Dill dough, crackery bread, yeast, light hops, a hint of peppercorn, salt, brine, light caramel, corn, a bit fruity towards the end. Has a bitter finish yet a malty linger. Quite bready. Wants to be sweet but pickle juice holds it back.
F: Fairly flat & brine-like medium-light bodied feel with a medium length drying finish. Lightly slick & smooth but not creamy.
O: I like this beer due to its balance. It's actually quite bready and malty aside from having decent tasting dill pickle juice at the top of each drink. There's good beer beneath the dill, but it's not creamy enough. It is good in its style.
