We crafted this brew to be bold but not overpowering. A malt-forward goodness you love, with a little extra kick of flavor thanks to its higher ABV. A beautiful balance of caramel sweetness and a touch of toasty breadiness, but with a lighter color. It's perfect for those who love a good lager with some serious depth but still want something that's easy on the palate.
Note: I posted this as a maibock as it fits better as a beefed up maibock rather than being included with beers like Celebrator and Optimator, etc.

L-Regal golden color with nice clarity
S-Malty (lightly toasted malts) with a hint of spiciness.
T-Malty with a pretty good dose of butterscotchy diacetyl. Very under carbonated from the crowler so it drinks a little sweetish without much of the spicy balance...
F-Very under carbonated from the crowler (a continual issue with crowlers from this brewery). I had one of these at the brewery and the carbonation was perfect so not sure how to score this...guess I'll split the difference between 5 and 1.
O-Thought this was much better at the brewery. The lack of carbonation really knocks this down out of the crowler. Didn't detect the diacetyl at the brewery..maybe more noticeable in a damn near flat beer. Tough to score this as I thought the beer fresh off the taps was around a 4.0 and this is more like a 2.25 out of the crowler.
