March bottle batch tasted early October with prosciutto del Parma and Iberico Bellota.
Nice aroma, really really foamy. It foamed over like a crazy Czech. Could only add 4oz at a time to my pint glass. Cloudy appearance great on the tongue. Can send a picture of the label.

This is by far the best beer from this brewery I have had. Poured from a bomber into a tulip glass. A brownish yellow with a great, foamy head that lasted for the entire time I was drinking the beer. Wonderful lacing as well. The beer had a nice sharp smell with a spicy rye taste that complimented the spaghetti I was eating. I will buy this beer again, and look for it on tap.

Really great rye beer. Very spicy rye character, burnt sienna color, small head with tiny bubbles. Nitrogenated, which is interesting. Not much aroma, but overall a really great rye beer.
