Purchased a growler during the virus mess. Poured nicely from the growler into a tulip glass, forming a good head atop a clean black body - decent lacing. Rye smell and taste, which I like. But very little hoppiness, almost like it was forgotten. Dark toast and a slightly metallic taste. I love black IPAs and was hopeful, but was a bit disappointed in the end.
This beer is actually a pretty decent Schwartz beer, but should not be labeled black IPA.
