Both the West Coast and the East Coast have defined their areas. But here, on the Gulf Coast, we have our own style. So this IPA is not West or East Coast style. We have wild lemons, limes and an abundance of honeysuckle. All of which make up the Pinot Gris flavor profile and all of which are present in this Gulf Coast IPA! Clean magnum kettle hops along with Galaxy, Azacca and Enigma finish and dry hops, will give you the experience of a Gulf Coast hurricane - Dry on the front and a masked bitterness on the backside.

a nice white rocky head. otherwise a very unappealing appearance. Especially for an IPA. Murky grey/brown/purple
nose is a muted pineapple, grapefruit
clearly an oxidized beer. taste is a hint of pineapple, and a slight bitterness.
