This is a regular brewpub style Stout with coffee and raspberry. Does not taste like a beret. Pours to a thin tan head that falls to a thin ring and minimal lace. Dark brown. Aroma is fresh ground coffee beans and raspberry sauce. Reminds me of the last time I had raspberry pancakes and coffee at IHOP. Flavor is is dry and crisp, favoring the coffee and the fruit flavor with minimal sugar. MF is light medium and CO2 is good. A satisfying beer that presents its special ingredients in a favorable light.
