A crisp, gold colour complimented by a bubbliness that lingers for just the right amount of time. It has a floral nose that does not overwhelm. The rosewater dances on your tongue while providing an enjoyable bitterness to finish off this crisp, well balanced beer.

On-tap 5/24/2016 at the brewpub in Virgil, Ontario, Canada, served in a stange glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains lager yeast, citrus, some hops and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of lager yeast and a light malt character. Then some sweet flavors of citrus and caramel come in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly bready.
M: Crisp and very smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Very tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, mild kick, very good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time.
