I had this beer on-tap in a clear mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: very dark brown indeed with a thin layer of tan foam. Color is great but head is pretty limited.
Smell: lightly roasty with a dash of chocolate. Nonstandard, but not bad.
Taste: nicely smooth with a good chocolatey flavor and a nice banana character. I dig it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a nice smooth creaminess. I like it a lot.
Overall: this is a dunkel that really does it for me. Good stuff!
