Roller derby! Pours a clear golden with white foam in the Affligem chalice. Light and crisp and pleasantly spritzy on the tongue. There is a much-appreciated kiss of hops and a bright flowery aroma.
There is crackery malt taste with a touch of malty sweetness. There is a wee bitter hint in the aftertaste that is like the suggestion of a Pilsner. A better than average Blonde Ale that reminds me of a good Lager. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Malt & Vine in Redmond.
