Nice and frothy pour from a can, creamy and delicious foam. Strong scent of tropical jackfruits in a field of ripe mangos and citrus went well with thick haziness of this brew. Taste was very wide open in IPA county, same tropical fruits and citrus mingling with bitter piney resin so there is some initial bitter bite, but there is an underlying sweetness and enough pop in the effervescent to keep you guessing. There is also a curious tartness that comes out that is slightly distracting but also thirst quenching, I’m grabbing these later for sure

16oz can poured into 12oz tulip. Poured a full-on murky brown-yellow color, somewhere near the shade of Grey Poupon mustard, with just a thin cap of white head that no retention and extremely light lace. Damn ugly beer.

The aroma was mostly fruity (kinda fake fruit, like Froot Loops) hops with no real grain or malt.

The taste was pretty similar, although the fruity aspect seemed a bit more natural.

The body was typical for the MurkyIPA style.

Drinkability was OKish, once you get past the looks (kinda like putting a bag over someones head). Overall, not recommended, except for the biggest of the HazeBro fans.

Amazing. Reminded me a lot of Ghost in the machine. If you can get this beer, you should...

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very hazy, nearly opaque caramel orange with a two finger white head that dissipates to a thick cap with thick lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, grapefruit, lemon, orange, passionfruit, guava and a little dankness. Flavor is pale malt with a hint of caramel, citrus and dank hops, lemon, orange, cantelope, passionfruit, grapefruit rind. Finishes with good dry hop resinous hops with lingering grapefruit rind and lemon and orange esters. Medium bodied with ligth creaminess and nice mouth feel. I'm still on the fence with NE style IPAs, and the first taste of this was "not enough hop bitterness". But this IPA grew on me very quickly and oddly, I was getting more lingering hop bitterness as I drank the first glass. There are some really nice herbal and dank hop flavors that reveal themselves over the taste and as the glass progresses. This was a winner for someone not enthused by the style. I wanted to keep tasting it. I'm constantly pleasantly surprised by Loowit, they are on their game.
