Snow’s Ghost is a deceptive stout made without any dark malts; it may look light and clean but underneath, it is a rich stout with flavors of coffee, roast and chocolate. To add to the complexity of this seasonal gift, Loowit added toasted marshmallow and coconut. Had last night at the brewery. It has a very interesting taste. The appearance is more like a light amber with a small head. The aroma is slightly spicy, in a good way and the taste also is different. I could definitely drink more of this beer. 48 IBUs Rated 3-9-2023

Weird seeing the cascading effect on a dark golden stout..leaves a gorgeous creamy thick off white head..
Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and roasted oats.
Taste similar to to the aroma..a bit of sweet cream in the end.
Nice smooth silky palate..finishes with bitter roast and sweet cream.
