Another cloudy yellowish grayish brew but plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. The mouthfeel is pleasantly sudsy. Aroma is different— a very ripe fruit smell, passionfruit, and the fermenting pineapple zing. Some orange in the flavors, even kind of Dreamsicle taste. I'm thinking of green melon with avocado, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it dank.
Not much bitterness, but it's far from the murky juice bombs. Distinct lemon-lime along with the aroma that sticks to the end. I find it hard to describe well, which is good in my book. Overall this is an intriguing beer with a more elegant use of hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Community Co-op in Bellingham.

Poured from 16oz can into a tulip. This is listed as a "Strata fresh hop IPA" from their "Player's Handbook IPA Series". No packaging date on the can.
Appearance: thickly cloudy yellow hue with a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. It's definitely a hazy, although isn't marketed as such.
Smell: bright, fresh citrusy aroma with just a little bit of dankness. It's good.
Taste: orangey, a little dank, and a little tropical. It's a bit earthier and less candylike than a massively juicy IPA, but it exhibits a more subtle complexity than most. Very low bitterness overall; I rather enjoy it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a juicy, easy-drinkin' juicy IPA. Great stuff.
