Pint can poured in to a nonic glass. No can dating.
Look- Hazy, golden amber color, large pillowy off-white head with great retention and thick lacing. moderate carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Citrus (grapefruit, lemon and lime), peach and a bit of melon, tropical fruit and gooseberry, light pine and light white pepper, bready malt and other spicy/herbal notes.
Taste- Citrus and peach mostly, light tropical fruit and melon, spicy hops, almost no pine.
Feel- Medium bodied, somewhat soft with a lingering hop burn bitterness , fairly well balanced. Moderate carbonation on the tongue.
O- Pretty nice but the hop burn is a turn off. Most likely a one and done for me.
