Pours a medium golden color with a nice head and nice hop flavor that is not bitter, it seems the fresh hopped beer is mostly that way. The aroma is hop and a little malt, not very aromatic. Mouthfeel is medium and a very good beer. 56 IBUs Rated 10-24-2021

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear golden orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is great, with fresh Centennial character nicely expressed as a combination of watermelon rind and fresh citrus. Less marmalade than other fresh Centennial beers this year. Clean, bright, fruity, clean with lingering watermelon on the finish. Nice citrus too. Tasty.

Look: Opaque dull orange in the glass with a frothy head that settles to a lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Limes, freshly cut grass, lemons, floral notes, warmed rose petals, and sweet bready malt
Taste: An intense rush of grassy hop notes, pithy citrus, and raw hop cones crashes onto the palate as rose-led floral notes quickly follow suit. Floral, citrus, and grass take turns in the spotlight throughout and closes with a big bite
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, and medium dryness on the finish
Overall: This is good stuff. I’ve never had the base beer of this but anything fresh-hopped is something I’m into on paper so had to try it. This obviously utilizes fresh Centennials and they shine here hitting all the right fresh hop buttons, in my opinion. Grassiness, citrus rinds, floral/rose notes, and that unmistakable fresh cone alpha acid tone that can only come from a fresh hop beer
