From the Genesee brew house site. "Genesee Brew House Belgian White
This hazy un-filtered ale is bursting with flavors of Sweet Orange Peel and fresh Coriander. The blend of 60% Malted Wheat and Pale Two Row provide the malty profile that is balanced by a late hopping of Cascade. The bittersweet tart finish with lingering hop flavor and yeast character make this ale wonderfully refreshing.

Genesee Brew House Belgian white brewed by Genesee Brew House. This brew has an ABV of 4.7% The brew pours out a nice cloudy amber color with a nice white head. Now this is not as cloudy as some Belgian whites I've had in the past. Belgian white has a nice smell, it is rich with flavors. You pick up on some citrus and grains in the smell. The taste is citrus at first, and bold brew flavor at the end. There is a lot going on in this brew. The taste of this brew is outstanding, what else can I say? This brew has a real nice balance to it- there is nothing overpowering in this brew. The mouthfeel is nice and citrusy and grains with mild hops at the end. Genesee Brew House Belgian White goes down smooth with no bad aftertaste. Overall, I'm giving Genesee Brew House Belgian White a 4.5 out of 5. I would buy this brew again.
Thank You Genesee Brew House!

Perfect color, nice hazy appearance. Smell of Orange, slight Coriander and wheat characters. Taste was malt up front with balancing wheat character, very balanced hop bitterness and a very subtle tartness that most Wits are missing. This is a great beer and extremely drinkable.
