Aroma: A bit of soda/ 7-up aspect to the aroma and a hint of what I guess is corn? Very mild overall

Appearance: Nice lacing follows the white head down as it chases the golden liquid to its doom.

Flavor: Light flavors, only hints of grain to give it some “flavor”.

Mouthfeel: Lightly carbonated, watery texture.

Overall Impression: Light, fairly clean beer that shows a touch of corn but no major flaws. It would match some Mexican food nicely.

Thanks to Pegasus for the sample

Appearance: Clear pale golden color with a large, sticky white head, patchy lacing, and small streams of slow-rising carbonation.

Aroma: The aroma is typical for a light lager, slightly corn malt, and grassy hops, and a whiff of alcohol.

Taste: Metallic hops dominate the taste from start to finish, with a lingering presence at the back of the mouth. Beneath the hop presence, there is a fairly substantial malt presence, likely corn for the most part, and again, a notable alcohol presence. The finish is crisp and dry.

Mouth feel: Reasonably pleasant and full, with no harsh bite of carbonation.

Drinkability/notes: Overall, not bad, a pleasant example of the style, at least it is a change of pace from American Macro Lagers. Would be quite suitable as a lawnmower beer.

Presentation: Packaged in a twelve ounce aluminum can, served in a Pilsener glass.

A beer that made in rochester N.Y. and presumably only know in my state (Nuevo León, México), The retailer is from a little city in my state: Montemorelos, Nuevo León, México; well balanced, little of yeast, and corn in its taste; smell little aromatic like crushed hops, and some grass; i try with mexican food, specially with bbq; serve in a pint glass; 80% recommended.
