On tap at Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light amber-ish orange, with a fluffy head and a small bit of lacing.
This one smells bitter, earthy, and root-like, with pine and rye bread.
I love Amarillo- it's a great hop, and it works well here. There's a nice interesting bitterness here, very earthy and pine-needle reminiscent, with sweet orange, and a little hit of bready malt.
This is crisp and clean, with a slight lingering bitterness, long after beer is done.
The Brew House doesn't usually do hops all that well, but this is really satisfying.
