Poured into a custom shaped grip glass: color is solid black, head is light brown, presents a bit less than 1/2 inch thick, then dissipates to ring, with some lacing and a thin top.
Smell is some roasted coffee, toasted malt and light roasted malt - nothing notable good or bad.
Taste is similar, simple roasted coffee, neutral roast, sweeter, light malt flavor to back up the coffee.
Mouthfeel is moderate, crisp, bitter.
Overall a coffee stout that is somewhat neutral among similar styles - coffee is sweeter than many roasts, malt is not too noticeable.

On tap at The Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a nice creamy looking dark black, with a small foamy head and a good bit of lacing.
This smells like super bitter roasty coffee, powdery chocolate, and smokiness.
This is very tasty, but the coffee is a little too ashy and bitter. The roasty character is great, though, and there's a nice bitter chocolate character.
This is medium bodied, not quite thick enough, with a nice creaminess and drinkability.
I think a better type of coffee would improve this one. It's pretty good as it is, though.
