On tap at Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly clear dark orange, with a small fluffy head, and a good amount of lacing.
This smells like toasted bready malt, floral and spicy hops, and just a hint of sweetness.
This is as good as a pilsner can really get. It's surprisingly got a big body of flavor, with a mild sweetness, toasted and deep complex malt character, with floral and spicy hops providing a nice balance.
This is medium bodied, bigger than you'd expect from a pilsner, with a nice crispness.
Genesee absolutely nailed this one. This is a recreation of their Leibotschaner.
