On tap at the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light amber-brownish color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like caramel and brown bread, light fruitiness, vanilla, and oak.
This works much better than it actually should have. There's not a ton of bourbon, but that's honestly okay with me. It adds some nice light vanilla and oakiness, and seems to somewhat beef up the base bock, and give it a creamier and thicker taste. There's some light caramel too, and a great breadiness.
This is medium bodied, and very creamy, with a good level of drinkability.
I really like this one - I was worried that it wouldn't really work.
