On tap at the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like tangerine, perfume, soap, some light maltiness, and pine.
Genesee's IPAs never really move the needle for me, or really anybody for that matter. I continue to order them, though. This is kind of soapy and astringent, with a mostly uninteresting hop character.
This is drinkable enough, but it's not an overall enjoyable pour. There's an astringency on the back end.
I need to stay in my lane at Genesee and just order the lagers and more traditional type stuff. This was uninspiring.
