Wonderfully silky and smooth, this collaborative Dry Stout is very complex with roasted flavor and aromas and complimented by the addition of Barry's Irish Cream flavor profile providing creamy textures of vanilla, almond, and chocolate characters. East Kent Goldings hops.

Crowler purchased from the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt, dark chocolate, a touch of caramel and vanilla, and licorice.
This is significantly less sweet than I imagined it would be. It’s mostly roasty and chocolatey, with a light creamy vanilla and slightly caramelly tone as it warms. There’s a nice clean bitterness to it, and finishes fairly dry and thin, like most dry irish stouts.
This is creamy, but light bodied, and very drinkable.
I expected this to be as sweet as the salted caramel porter Genesee did a while back, and was pleasantly surprised that it was fairly restrained.
