This hazy IPA is incredibly drinkable and bursting with soft, juicy-tropical-citrus hop flavor and aroma. Brewed with fresh-pressed Pink Grapefruit! Wonderfully balanced with medium hop bitterness.

On tap at the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like juicy and drippy pink grapefruit, lemon, orange, and some distinct dankness.
I don’t always like IPAs with grapefruit added, but this is well done. The grapefruit obviously folds itself into the IPA itself, giving it quite a juicy feel. There’s no maltiness, a touch or marijuana and piney bitterness, and some pithy lemon and orange peel.
This is light bodied, juicy, and quite drinkable.
Genesee is not always adept at IPAs, but this was a pleasant little surprise.
