On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a medium dark amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells, well, like every amber ale you’ve ever had – lightly toasty, lightly sweet, and not super evocative.
This isn’t super wild, but it’s certainly not meant to be – it gets the job done. It’s an easy drinking amber ale meant to be drank in quantity during a hockey game.
This is lighter bodied, but not thin, with a nice drinkability.
As local sports-themed amber/red ales go, Rohrbach Red Wing Red Ale is better, but this is still nice.
