From Canal Park: "Here’s a Belgian Witbier for those who are ready to jump right in, wetsuit optional. Sweet coriander, orange peel, and grains of paradise keep this 400-year-old Wit style fresh and young. So a hazy old dude wants to hook up with a spicy, tart honey. It might be a complex relationship, but we say, go for it. Sip. Be happy."
Served in a schooner. Deep foggy gold body with a moderate head of foam. Smells of wheat with Belgian yeast esters, floral. The taste is long and flavorful. Wheaty, belgian yeast, honey sweetness, floral. Smooth and a bit chewy perhaps. Overall, a very nicely done wit that I enjoyed very much.
