Crowler dated 9/5 purchased from brewery 9/22. Poured into an aluminum stadium cup. Nice head that has retained a thin layer of foam down to the bottom. Excellent malt variety, but slightly lacking in the hop department at only 55 IBU. Still a great tasting beer.

On tap at the brewery and also a 750 ml crowler into a nonick pint glass.
L: SRM 21 Pours clear iced tea color with a 1/2" soapy off white head, steady fine carbonation, head recedes to frothy edge foam, medium-thick loose scattered lacing.
S: Citrus, pine, caramelized malts, distant brown bread.
T: Sweet toasty malts, grains, subtle black tea, piney hops, citrus zest, resin goes wide, caramelization, grapefruit, generally over ripe fruits. It is bold with lots of malts to back up the piney hops.
F: Brisk then fairly smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long finish that is fairly drying on the tongue.
O: A tasty beer with a surprisingly lighter bodied feel than many IPAs. Very easy to drink, balanced, refreshing, and is very good in its style.

7/12/20...pours copper amber with light foam layer. Malty toffee nose. Caramels too. Light malty flavor with a laid back bitter. The malt overruns the bitter but it lingers. Slight mint mouthfeel. Gritty finish.
