Excellent beer to pair with a hamburger or a steak tartare at La Xarcuteria in Bogota, Colombia.

Amber color with a constant thin off-white ring.
Nice fruity aroma with notes of passion fruit. Fruity flavor with notes of grapefruit, guaraná, slightly toasted malts and floral hops. Medium bitterness and mild aftertaste.
Light body with medium carbonation and a crisp feeling.
This time I tried their draft version on their recent flagship bar, I was under the impression that this was much better than the bottle one, though degustation was 6 months apart and this is a new craft brewery. This is almost an English IPA (they say it is a Pale Ale). Though not very complex, it was well crafted with no off-flavors and very pleasant to drink. If you want a flavorful but still light beer, Raquel is a good choice.
