We’re tapping a Bavarian rite of spring. And it’s big time authentic, having been brewed in our German brauhaus with German malts and German hops. In a moment of nostalgia, we employed an old brewing method, decoction, to eke out every last bit of sugar in our malt. This pale amber liquid beer-candy is chock-full of malty sweetness with a subtle hop presence to balance it out.

Poured a brownish red body with two finger head that quickly died and left little lace. Grainy, malty aroma that mixed a little bit of bread and dirty hops. Clean, light bodied beer that is smooth and easy to drink. Refreshing citric hop profile that is minor mixed with a bit of breadlike malt and touches of sweet(caramel) malt for an easy drinking beer.
