Our wish for this year’s spring street party was for great weather and a deliciously refreshing pale ale. Zoltar spoke and our wishes came true resulting in a truly crushable beer on a truly beautiful day. This hybrid of pale ale and wheat beer styles is light and crisp with notes of lemon and peach and a hint of cherry flavor.

Poured a light cloudy yellow body with minimal head and a touches of wheat/yeast twang in aroma. Smooth, easy to drink, pretty light body, great for sitting outside, has some wheat sweetness but is rather bland and generic so not one I really care for.
