Saturday Morning is an 6.6% ABV IPA, brewed with in-house toasted marshmallows and bulk dehydrated-marshmallow-bits. It has been hopped and dry-hopped with Galaxy and Calypso hops. The nose is sweet and citrus, with orange and pear aromas. It has a soft pillowy body with a slight cereal taste. The result is magically ridiculous!

There doesn't appear to be a date on the can.
Appearance: The beer has a hazy gold body with ample visible carbonation. It has a massive head that is slightly off-white. Very good head retention.
Aroma: There is a light citrus orange scent and a bit of peach candy. The aroma is nice but very soft.
Taste: Up front there is a powdered sugar flavor mixed with the flavor of flour. There is a light peach character that follows. The more the beer is consumed, it starts to build a light grapefruit flavor.
Mouthfeel: It has a very soft mouthfeel and the beer is light. It has very little bitterness at all. It has a mouthfeel that is most similar to a New England IPA.
Overall: It is a fairly average tasting IPA. The beer says this is an "IPA w/ MARSHMALLOWS" and there was a bit of a powdered sugar flavor to the beer which could have been from the marshmallows, but it is pretty mellow in flavor. The beer mostly has a citrus-like flavor which builds over time. It's an alright beer with a very mellow character. I could drink it again if nothing was available at a resturaunt or bar but I'm not likely to buy it again.

Ever so slightly glazed and hazy pale gold in color. A finger of white fizzy head that rapidly leaves finishing with a white film. Aromas are big with citrus with notes of orange and pineapple, fizzy on the nose. First taste is like your typical IPA and I receive bits of grain and light malt, creaminess and slightly subdued fruit essences. Not getting really a lot of the marshmallow tastes, but I am assuming that is where the creaminess is coming from.Mouthfeel is very clean and dissipates quickly. Finish is almost non-existent until I burp, which brings a bit of the citrus back along with a bit of cereal. Hype for this beer was tremendous and I was let down after the hype and finally getting to try this. Not that it was a bad IPA, actually it was very good, but the hype ruined it for me !! i may have slightly overrated it because I still feel the hype, lol.
