12 oz. can:
Pours very dark brown to black. A thin head becomes a wisp. Trailing, vanishing lace.
The smell is of hazelnut coffee with chocolate and strong earthy notes.
The hazelnut coffee is sweet with mild roast. The finish has earthy notes that don't complement the sweetness so well. Interesting flavor. Sweetness turns to bitterness.
Mixed feelings about the feel. It's not weak, but it doesn't quite hit the spot.
A stout brewed with hazelnut coffee. I love hops, but here they are a bit overpowering. I see where they were going with this, but it doesn't quite work as well as it should. Nice aroma, and decent overall. A coffee stout with an herbal bitterness.

Pours opaque black with a half-inch khaki head that remains as a thick ring on top and leaves spots of lace. The smell is of coffee, roasted malt and herbal hops. The taste follows with the herbal hop finish being overwhelming and off-putting. Medium texture with medium carbonation.
