On tap at Ironfire Brewing Company in Temecula, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Thick rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus zest, onion, garlic, and wood aromas. Taste is much the same with wood and onion and garlic hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is quite something with wood aged onion and garlic aromas and flavors.
