On tap at Ironfire Brewing Company in Temecula, CA.
Pours a clear light yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt and jalapeno aromas. Taste is much the same with earthy jalapeno flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of chile heat in the back of the throat after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a solid chile presence.
