Very cloudy pale blonde pour with thick white head. Grain aroma with rustic characters and clove. Raw wheat, yeast in the flavor. Grainy notes and esters clash a little bit. A touch spicy with no hops. Light bodied.

Part of a paddle at GRBC.
Appearance: Pale yellow with a slight haze. A pretty perfect looking hefeweizen. Nice pillowy head and some patchy lacing.
Smell: Clove and banana. Not as banana heavy as I'd like. Seems like a pretty even balance with the clove and banana.
Taste/feel: Medium feel and carbonation, true to the style. Tastes pretty good. Like I said, I like more banana than clove or other spices, but it's alright. I'm admittedly not the hugest fan of hefeweizens though... whoops.
It's fine. It's alright. A reasonably good, decently brewed, organic hefeweizen.
