Pours a dark brown with red hues, light tan head, finger, dissipates somewhat quickly. Aroma has plenty Belgian spice notes, slightly burned toast, brown sugar, brandy, wood. Bit more milder in the taste, especially the brandy. Belgian yeast spiciness, bread crusts, brown sugar, slight caramel, slight charred oak. Medium to full body, carbonation is adequate and only slightly burby.
Nothing really bad at all about this, its enjoyable, but its an above average barrel aged beer. BSDA might not have been the strongest choice, IMO.
