Dark hazelnut color, stray bubbles around the edges but a still surface.
Banana bread and gingersnap cookie aroma. Similar taste, but with lingering botanical elements and dry barrel character. Alcohol is present but fairly well integrated. Medium bodied and somewhat viscous and syrupy. Overall very enjoyable, seems like it may benefit from some cellar time.
