This ode to the staggering craftmanship of Trappist Monks is a complex aria. Rich caramel malt is accompanied bu a creacendo of fruit forward flavors: cherries, plums, figs and raisins-all dancing before a slightly spicy finish.

Can as a special delivery from DSM, enjoyed in Trappist tulip. Red/brown, modest head. Complex flavors, strong but not as bad as 11.8%.
