A sour chocolate stout with raspberries. Looks like a stout, but the head retention is quite poor. Smell and flavor are much more sour than I expected and dominated by the raspberry. I would prefer if the chocolate was the main flavor and the raspberry was an accent. Mouthfeel is thin and modestly puckering. Overall a great concept, and fair, but not great execution.

Pours black with no head.
The aroma is dark rich roasty Malta, chocolate and a tart fruitiness.
The flavor very roasty with a very nice addition of cocoa nibs. It's not very sour, it's only a mild pucker on the finish, solid but I would want a sour stout to be a bit more sour.
