Hazy lemon yellow in color with a small frothy white head that persists. Earthy light peppery spice and bits of stone fruit on the nose. Earthy light clove and big pepper flavor with some honey like maltiness and bits of pomme and stone fruit. Lots of yeasty ester and flavor reminiscent of Unibroue. Bubbly mouthfeel with a medium body and a spirited level of carbonation, Pretty damn nice saison right there.
