Feel -medium body with a medium light carb
Overall - for being pretty old, this was a nice sour

Pale yellow with a finger of foam and minimal spotty lace.
Aroma is lightly acidic, sourdough yeast and minerals, pretty plain.
Taste is mildly tart and lemony from the lactobacillus, tastes like a first attempt Berliner Weisse.
A little bit of a weird off note in the aftertaste, hard well water or sulfur.
Feels a little flabby, lacking acidity and crispness. Not really sour.
Definitely needs some tweaking, there's lots of room for improvement.
