Aroma is big salt/minerals, fruit and wheat. The flavor is fruit, slight bubblegum, wheat/malts and a mix of salt and tart/mildly sour in the finish.

16 oz. can poured into a tulip.
Pours a beautiful yellow gold. Nice head that dissipated after a minute. Left a lovely lace. Smell was a bit funky while the head was clearing. After the lemon peel and wheat aromas were prevalent. Tastes of lemon and a light funk. Light on the salt too. I liked the semi dry finish that made me want to keep drinking it. Light and crisp with solid carbonation level. I think this is a well done Gose and will be very refreshing in the spring/ summer, but today it's -4 with a wind-chill of -30. I'm going to have a Stout next.

L - Pours fizzy with a good amount of foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Looks hazy light yellow similar to lemonade.
S - Balance of light lemony citrus and wheat.
T - Has a lemon like tartness up front and finishes more wheat like.
F - Perfect carbonation level, feels very satisfying for this style. It pours very fizzy but when tasting it's just right, medium level.
O - I'm not a big Gose person, but this is really good. It has a good balance of tartness and wheat flavors/smell and is very refreshing.
